Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. ZestoraLife is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

4. Transparent Return & Refund Policy Because our products are Print on Demand (printed specifically for you), we maintain a strict return policy to keep our prices competitive:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your book or shirt arrives damaged, please email a clear photo of the damage to Info@ZestoraLife.com within 14 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations: Orders enter production almost immediately. We can only honor cancellation requests made within 2 hours of purchase.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for “buyer’s remorse” or incorrect size selection once an item has been printed.

5. Limitation of Liability ZestoraLife is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
