Shipping & Delivery

Where does ZestoraLife ship? We currently provide fast, localized shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union.

How long will it take to receive my order? Because we print our books specifically for you to ensure premium quality, please allow 3–5 business days for production. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific location. We pass our fulfillment partner’s rates directly to you to keep our book prices as competitive as possible.

Product Quality & Formats

What makes ZestoraLife books “Premium”? Every physical book by Zara Whisper is printed on archival-quality 80lb white paper with high-fidelity color. We use a high-gloss protective cover that is designed to be durable and “child-proof” for years of bedtime reading.

Do you offer digital versions? Yes! We offer Interactive eBooks that can be downloaded instantly. These are perfect for parents who want to read on tablets or use our bonus digital activity pages.

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy? Because our products are Print on Demand, we only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or change of mind once an item has been printed.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do? We are so sorry! Please email a clear photo of the damage and your order number to HelloZestoraLife@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
